Evaluations include personal history, demographic data, symptoms, risk assessment, mental status, skills and strengths, current and history of substance use, diagnosis and recommended plan of action

Comprehensive Mental Health Evaluations

Confidential mental health counseling by licensed professionals.

Individual Counseling

Group therapy allows people with similar issues to gain support and feedback from group peers as well as the mental health professional(s) leading the group.  Current groups include: Anger Control Personal Growth, Alcohol & Drug Education and IOP

Group Counseling 

EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an effective treatment technique which may be used in conjunction with traditional talk therapy or as a treatment by itself that produces lasting results for a number of issues.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

An Intensive Outpatient Program providing group therapy focused on recovery from substance abuse/dependence.  This is an alternative to inpatient treatment that allows clients to continue their home and work schedules while receiving needed help.

Intensive Out Patient  Program (IOP)   

We offer a full day, eight-hour, group education session that provides basic information about the impact of alcohol and drug use on an individual’s coordination and timing, family and society, physical health and mood, legal issues and consequences.
